Teachers, non-teaching and teaching personnel are to receive bonuses ranging from Php 5,000 up to Php 35,000 depending on their performance.

DepEd employees who are recipients of national awards such as Literacy Awards and national awards from the Civil Service Commission and Metrobank Foundation in FY 2012 are already guaranteed beneficiaries of the maximum amount of Php 35,000.

The Interagency Task Force (IATF) will take around a week to process the documents, after which the bonuses would be downloaded to the Regional or Division offices.

The second batch of reports are expected to be completed and submitted to the IATF soon.

Based on Executive Order 80 s2012, the PBB is a scheme that intends to reward government employees based on their performance and promote greater accountability in the public sector.
